Ariel Hernandez is dedicated to inspiring human performance and lifestyle optimization. Our mission is to empower individuals to achieve their full potential by integrating a wide range of human performance: Human Performance Optimization, Fitness, Recovery, Nutrition, Mental Health, and simple evidence-informed strategies into their everyday lives.
This all begins with Mindset.
Ariel Hernandez has a decade of human performance experience. He's optimized Air Force readiness through operational and subject matter expertise at MacDill Air Force Base, and established the 68th Rescue Squadron Human Performance Program, and Osan Air Bases Human Performance Center. He has worked alongside with a wide range of human performance specialists to include: Physical Therapists, Strength and Conditioning Coaches, Athletic Trainers, Performance Nutrition Dietitians, Clinical Performance Psychologists, and Licensed Clinical Social Workers.
Experience with: US Special Operations Forces, Conventional Military Forces, Bodybuilders, Powerlifters, Ironman Competitors, and the General Population. Ariel Hernandez is also experienced in leadership, business development, operations, and program management.
